Eternity lasts for one round.
This project began in 1993. It has been an ongoing project, a documentary that shows the life of a Prize Fighter, which starts as a dream of becoming an idol of the Barrio, a boy that has little chances in life and has decided to make a living by beating the living lights out of people. It also depicts the life of the old former world champions who used to have a lot of money, but now only live of their memories and the support of the state's sports Institutions. I have photographed in Barranquilla, Cartagena in Colombia; Mexico City and Mérida in Mexico.
